The hotel rooms were very spacious and comfortable, clean, well-appointed, and with comfortable beds. The staff was very attentive, and free parking along with a basic breakfast were included. However, there was an issue with room service not being provided after the first night, which was miscommunicated by the hotel management leading to inconvenience and lack of follow-up.

I had a great stay overall, with very classy rooms that were clean, well-appointed, and had super comfy beds. The staff was very attentive, and having free parking and a basic breakfast included was a nice touch. Unfortunately, the room wasn't serviced after the first night, and the hotel's response to our situation was a letdown, making us feel at fault without proper communication.
